Join us starting on the morning of Wednesday April 22nd for four weeks of remote exercise sessions hosted by fitness trainer, elite swimmer and motivational coach Teofilo (Teo) Reyes. Sessions will be hosted three times a week for 30 minutes, tailored to the fitness levels of those who register. No exercise equipment needed. Open and free to all volunteers and friends in any city.
